I'm inches from scrapping this...

The header and nav are just what I tossed together after the header I originally made was too big (full chief helmet). Then I just tossed together the frames and icons to salvage the design (hence it looking like other skins I made).

But people want a Halo3 forum skin, and in our forums they beg for one, so they want me to code it, think I should???

Would you use this skin?

besides the header, and the "failed mission" text over the darkened icon, the rest is awesome. Go for it g.

damn, you beat me to it :D....don;t listen to Jikaru about the header..its the best part of this :D...the render could be a bit more color matched IMO and the text...more coolish

I think you should do some for the header and footer, they really empty. The other parts looks really nice and full with details.

Hmm ok Vica heres an idea i have to improve this. Make the header as follows.

1 - place in the center a graphic of the master chiefs helmet ( with cool lighting etc for effect ) that would PWN

2 - then add maybe some nice background of a desert or something , or even a nice outer space skyline ( brush it etc ) to help really bring out the helmet , plus maybe use a small portion of the face grill to embed the words of the forum onto :D

the "failed mission" icons are for closed threads, thought it was a cool idea at the time, I still don't know what else to put in its place though, any ideas?

coolish... lol, the header would get more detail, I'll polish up the skin this weekend and post an update.

For the "failed mission" icons, those are for closed threads, still don't know what to replace them with if I do.

I know its not the best hence me wondering whether I should bother putting it out. I really had a lot of plans for this skin to make it really Halo detailed but messing up the header just killed my spirit.

Updates still to come.
